All prices do not include shipping.

Procedure:

Place the items of your choice in the shopping cart. After filling out your order, you will be able to select shipping that suits your needs.

Shipping costs:

All of our stoves are sent via freight shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon or specified in the article description.

In the case of warm air heat exchangers or stovepipes shipping is per the published rates of the Deutsche Post.

Should you purchase a fireplace or stove and order accessories at the same time, no additional shipping costs will be incurred!

Important information for delivery:

·         Shipping costs cover curbside deliver

    We will only ship items fully insured

·         Please always give us a daytime telephone number (to arrange for delivery or to clarify any questions that may arise)

·         Shipping damage must be signed for with the shipment company representative. Without this, we have no possibility to reclaim damages from the shipper!
